Employment attorneys alert- OSHA is investigating an Illinois workplace accident that killed Brian Fuller Sr.

Blue Island, IL—A work-related accident left a 48-year-old La Grange man dead after being pinned by a truck. The fatal accident occurred on Monday, February 23, 2010 at 2258 Vermont Street in Blue Island, as reported by the Chicago Sun-Times.

Although a lot of details have not been released, the accident apparently occurred at George J. Roll & Sons, a building material supplier company, which is located at the address where the fatal incident took place. Brian Fuller Sr., 48, of La Grange was pronounced dead after reportedly being pinned in by a truck. Fuller Sr. was rushed by emergency medical services (EMS) crews to MetroSouth Medical Center in Blue Island for treatment of his injuries by medical professionals. Fuller Sr. was pronounced dead by medical staff at 1:03 a.m., when his injuries proved fatal. Police officials and authorities from the U.S. Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) http://www.osha.gov/ are conducting a full investigation into the fatal workplace accident, and how it occurred. Blue Island police officials or the fire department would not comment on the tragic incident.

Fuller Sr. is survived by his loving son, daughter Alyssa, and Kathleen, his wife of 25-years.
