DAC Developments and Partners have taken over an overgrown lot in the heart of Chicago’s River North neighborhood and are in the process of building a towering mixed-use condominium.

808 N Cleveland is a 284-foot mixed-use building This offers its occupants a variety of features and amenities.

The stunning design by Pappageorge Haymes, a leading Chicago architecture firm, combines floor to ceiling windows with dark metal cladding and tan precast concrete for a stunning look. The front of the building is almost complete, most of the parts are now installed.

808N Cleveland Ave. consists of over 46 million pounds of concrete and 2,000 windows, will have private patios for select units near the top and 20,000 square feet of rental office space. Retail space and a lobby will be built on the ground floor.
