The draft Response Memorandum (the “ project by note in the answer ’) is available on the Atari Company websites (www.atari-investisseurs.fr) and the AMF (www.amf-france.org) and can also be obtained free of charge from Atari (25, rue Godot de Mauroy – 75009 Paris, France).

In accordance with the provisions of Article 231-28 of the AMF General Regulations, information on the characteristics, in particular legal, financial and accounting, will be made available to the public by Atari no later than the day before the day of the opening of the Offer. A press release will be issued no later than the day before the opening of the bid to inform the public of the procedures for making these documents available.
