According to Erik Seversen’s bestselling book Winner’s Mindset, co-authored by Peak Human Performance’s Riad Hechame, there are three types of achievers who need to perform at their best at all times: athletes, law enforcement officers, and executives. Athletes and law enforcement officers continuously work on their physical and mental performance and are always ready to perform at their best. However, most corporate professionals hustle through their office jobs, meetings, and conferences while simultaneously making important decisions and expecting their mental capacity to be at its peak.
