Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital (Dublin, Ohio), Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital System and Healthcare Real Estate Developer American Development and Investment LLC (Dallas) is working with Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Peoria in Peoria, Arizona.

The three-story, 49,128-square-foot inpatient facility will house 40 beds, two physiotherapy gyms, dining and kitchen space, administrative offices, and other service and support areas for people with debilitating conditions such as stroke and brain injury. Provides services and support for injured patients as well as neurological and orthopedic conditions.

The project is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2022.

Adolfsson and Peterson Architecture (Peoria, Arizona) is providing construction management and general contractor services for the project.
