MMA fighter and medical marijuana advocate Elias Theodorou will compete with exemptions for medical marijuana use.

This will be the first-ever competition in the United States to introduce a competitive therapeutic use exemption (TUE) for medical marijuana.

If she is allowed to compete in TUE, she will be able to compete in her signature event at the Tokyo Olympics.
