Franklin Square has a new beer and cocktail garden under a big tent.

The space is open Thursday to Saturday from 5 pm to 10 pm, offering food, beverages and games such as Cornhole and Connect4. It will remain open until the end of August.

Some specialty cocktails are cactus margarita and blackberry lemonade. Dishes include slider trio, squid and charcuterie and cheese board. The full menu is listed online.

When planning a trip to the beer garden, remember the Summer Splash event at Franklin Square.

From Wednesday to August 25th, there areoga 5:30-6:30 in the afternoon for free, but you must bring your own mat and Register in advance.

Every Wednesday afternoon 6:30-7:15 will also provide free dance lessons. There are different genres every week.

Tango is coming On July 28th, jazz will be held on August 4th, and salsa will be held on August 11th. The last two genres will be the family dance on August 18 and the hustle and bustle on August 25.

The park is also full of music.From Thursday to the end of August, there will be DJ performances from 5pm to 9:30pm, and local musicians on Friday and Saturday nights Acoustic music.

The Franklin Square fountain show is held every day, from noon to closing every 30 minutes.
