At 2 pm Eastern Time on Thursday, July 15th, the State and Local Law Center and the National Association of Counties will host a webinar to discuss cases involving state and local governments during the 2020-21 term of the Supreme Court. It will be chaired by Lisa Soronen, executive director of SLLC. The team will invite New Jersey lawyer Jeremy Feigenbaum, Chairman of the Constitutional Litigation Center Bob Peck, and (our own) SCOTUSblog editor James Romoser.
