The singer claimed that the conservatorship from the beginning “makes no sense.”

“I pay people money and they control me.  I worked since I was 17-years-old and this conservatorship is abusive.  

“I don’t feel I can live a full live.  I don’t even believe in therapy.  I always thought I could take it to God,” she said.

The singer repeated she wants conservatorship to end and said being hounded by paparazzi and the conservatorship is not protecting her and giving her “no privacy.”

“I want to end the conservatorship and I don’t want to be evaluated as a pre-condition,” she added.

She continued: “It took a year during COVID to get self-care methods.

“Conservator lied and said I could get nothing done.  I couldn’t get my nails done… anything.  The conservator is now like my dad was… they work for me.”

The Toxic songstress then heartbreakingly explained she’s “scared of people, doesn’t trust people” and she’s “stuck in Westlake where she has no privacy and the paparazzi saw her crying as she left therapy Tuesday.”

She “doesn’t understand” why she can’t do sessions at home, and is upset with Jodi Montgomery, her personal conservator, who she says has become too involved.

BRITNEY DEMANDS TO END CONSERVATORSHIP

Britney SLAMMED her dad and management team as she begged the court to end her conservatorship NOW!

The singer said she is “so angry” that she thinks her “family has abused her some much she’d like to sue them.”

She also said she does not want further medical evaluation and she wants out now.

The multi-millionaire said she doesn’t want to work for the people she pays.

She explained that even if she’s sick, she still needs to go to at least three meetings a week under the court-appointed order.

However, she requested it be limited to one therapy session a week.

WHO IS BRITNEY DATING?

Britney’s love life has certainly dominated the headlines over the years.

Her past boyfriends include Justin Timberlake, Kevin Federline (who she also married) and even Colin Farrell.

But her latest beau is 25-year-old fitness model Sam Aghari.

The pair started dating in 2016 and are still going strong in 2021.

Sam issued a statement ahead of The New York Times’ documentary about his girlfriend, Framing Britney Spears.

BRITNEY NEARLY DENIED!

Britney was almost REJECTED to enter her own hearing… as the court clerk claimed he “did not recognize” her connection.

The clerk then claimed they were “hesitant” to admit her to the virtual court.

In addition to the livestream giving trouble to fans and media outlets alike, the Los Angeles courtroom had issues of it’s own.

Shortly after beginning the hearing, the group had to break due to technical problems.

However, someone present in court claimed he heard Britney whisper “it’s not technical difficulties.”

Britney’s fans were granted access to her court hearing and were seen “praying” for the pop star.

In a shocking move, massive admirers of the star were allowed inside – where they were seen praying for her freedom.

According to an eyewitness, the other was nervously crossing her fingers minutes leading up to the beginning of the court matter.

The 39-year-old is fighting her father Jamie Spears in court amid their conservatorship battle.

FAMILY REUNION

Britney tuned in virtually from Los Angeles into the court hearing on Thursday.

Her father, whom she is battling in court against, Jamie Spears, also attended the meeting.

The star’s mom, Lynn, was present as well but it is unclear if either or both of them will speak along with their daughter.

It appears that around 15 people from counsel and members of the Spears family is part of the call.

As thousands of fans expected to tune in to hear Britney Spears speak for the first time ever in her conservatorship hearing, the court website CRASHED just minutes before the meeting began.

Many were understandably heartbroken they could not hear the singer’s words.

BRITNEY ALLOTTED WEEKLY ALLOWANCE DURING CONSERVATORSHIP

The Gimme More singer admitted in the court documents that her dad was “obsessed” with her, and “wanted to control everything about her” including who she made “friends” with.

Despite earning millions from her Las Vegas residency and other tours, the pop star was only allotted a $2,000 weekly allowance via the conservatorship.

According to the report, Britney said any mistakes in her spending resulted in “very harsh” consequences, and that her conservatorship “comes with a lot of fear.”

The Circus singer told her court investigator that she was “very angry” about how her life was being run, the NY Times revealed, with security surrounding her at all times.

BRITNEY CLAIMS HER DAD ‘CONTROLLED EVERYTHING’

Britney, 29, expressed “serious opposition” to her conservatorship and her father’s extreme “control” over her life, The New York Times has discovered in 2016 court documents.

The singer said her father “restricted everything from whom she dated to the color of her kitchen cabinets,” making it difficult for her to make simple decisions by herself.

“She articulated she feels the conservatorship has become an oppressive and controlling tool against her,” a court investigator wrote in the closed court report that year.

The system in place held “too much control” over her life she allegedly told the investigator, urging: “Too, too much!”

Britney reportedly told the court investigator that she wanted her conservatorship to be terminated “as soon as possible.”

“She is ‘sick of being taken advantage of’ and she said she is the one working and earning her money but everyone around her is on her payroll,” they wrote.

WHAT IS A CONSERVATORSHIP?

In 2009, FreeBritney.net was launched in response to her court-approved conservatorship – a form of legal guardianship.

It grants a chosen individual full authority over another’s life and assets.

The conservator typically holds the same rights and responsibilities as a parent would over a child.

It is typically enacted for individuals who are incapable of making their own decisions.

In 2008, after Britney was committed to a psychiatric ward, her dad was granted a temporary conservatorship which became permanent by the end of the year.

Lawyer Andrew Wallet was also made a co-conservator to focus on managing her financial assets.

Conservatorships are supposed to protect people who can’t look after themselves – but Britney carried on making albums and going on world tours.

Fans of Britney Spears say the 39-year-old superstar is being manipulated and controlled under the grounds of her conservatorship.

Under the hashtag #freebritney, they’re calling for the end of her conservatorship after Kanye West announced he would be running for president of the US.

Specifically, fans are calling for Britney to have access to her own lawyer in her case.

The topic blew up on Twitter after Kanye announced his intention to run for office as fans noted that he, too, was hospitalized for mental illness and held against his will.

“Britney Spears goes through a mental health crisis publicly and she loses her rights. Kanye West goes through a mental health crisis publicly and he runs for president,” one tweeted.

“Britney’s situation is truly horrible and is a violation of human rights.

“There’s no reason why she should continue to be under a conservatorship. She doesn’t even have control of her own finances or children,” wrote another.

WHEN DID BRITNEY LOSE CUSTODY OF HER KIDS?

The star previously lost custody of the two boys in 2007 after a breakdown which saw the distressed star shave her own head before attacking a photographer’s car with an umbrella.

A judge granted full custody to Federline, much to Britney’s distress.
