Philadelphia police are looking for the SUV rider who shot and killed a man in West Philadelphia on Thursday night.
Police said a 37-year-old man was shot twice in the head and shot in the chest when he was parked in a car on 52nd Street and Girard Avenue at about 6:30 pm. While the victim was waiting for a friend to enter the store, the off-road vehicle rider stopped by the car and opened fire.
The identity of the man was not disclosed and was pronounced dead after being taken to the Pennsylvania Presbyterian Hospital.
The police said the suspect, who was still at large, rode his off-road vehicle and left the scene. No weapons were found.
Investigators said the incident may be a road rage shooting. The investigation is still ongoing.
