Dallas North Tollway wrong way driver kills self and one other in SUV crash.

Dallas, TX(JusticeNewsFlash.com)–Late Monday, two people were killed after a woman driving a Jeep Cherokee SUV collided head-on with another motor vehicle on the Dallas North Tollway. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) www.txdps.state.tx.us/ highway accident investigators state the SUV driver was traveling in the wrong direction for more than four miles on the Dallas Tollway when the fatal automobile accident occurred. No passengers were in either vehicle at the time of the deadly SUV wreck. A third car was involved in the motor vehicle collision (MVC) when it attempted to avoid hitting the wrong way SUV and crashed into a wall near Mockingbird Lane reported by The Dallas Morning News.

The SUV driver Jenny Hall, 28, of Dallas, and the deceased driver of the other car Carl Lotspich, 25, of Addison, were identified by the Dallas County Medical Examiners office. Alcohol may be a factor in the collision, and Dallas police officials found evidence of alcohol in Hall’s Jeep at the scene of the accident.

Dallas County detectives are still investigating as to where exactly Hall entered the North Tollway. Investigators believe Hall started driving in the wrong direction at Wycliff Avenue. This is at least the third fatal accident in three months resulting from wrong-way drivers on the Dallas Tollway. On April 7, a Dallas Morning News independent contractor died in North Dallas after driving the wrong way on the Tollway, and on May 10th, a wrong way driver killed a 16-year-old in Frisco.
