VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / January 26, 2023 / Perk Labs Inc. (CSE:PERK)(OTCQB:PKLBF)(FKT:PKLB) (“Perk” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has joined the Independent Trading Group (“ITG”) to provide Market-Making has engaged services in accordance with Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) regulations. ITG will trade the Company’s stock on the CSE and all other trading venues with the aim of maintaining a fair market and improving the liquidity of the Company’s common stock.

Under the terms of the agreement, ITG will receive a monthly upfront fee of CAD$5,000 per month. The agreement has an initial term of three months and will be renewable for additional one-month terms unless terminated. The contract can be terminated by either party with a notice period of 30 days. The agreement does not contain any performance factors and ITG will not receive any shares or options as compensation. ITG and the Company are unaffiliated and unaffiliated companies and, at the time of the Agreement, neither ITG nor its principals have any interest, directly or indirectly, in the Company’s securities.
