Availability of the universal registration document 2022

Issy Les Moulineaux, November 9, 2022 – Sodexo’s Universal Registration Document 2022 was filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on November 9, 2022 in ESEF format.

It is made available to the public under the conditions provided for by current regulations and can be consulted on the Sodexo website (www.sodexo.com > Finances > Regulated Information) and those of the AMF (www.amf-france.org).

This Universal Registration Document includes in particular:

• The financial statements of Sodexo SA for the financial year 2022;
• Group Consolidated Financial Statements for the 2022 Financial Year;
• The reports of the auditors on the annual accounts of Sodexo SA and the consolidated accounts of the group and the special report on regulated contracts;
• the management report including in particular the non-financial declaration of performance;
• The Directors’ Report on Corporate Governance;
• information on internal control and risk management;
• the submission of the resolutions and the wording of the proposed resolutions to the General Shareholders’ Meeting on December 19, 2022;
• Information on the fees of the auditors; and
• Information describing the share buyback program.
