Twitter Inc. TWTR co-founder Jack Dorsey will be questioned and questioned under oath by the company’s lawyers on Tuesday morning Elon Musk via Zoom, Bloomberg said, citing a depository writ filed late Monday.

Commenting on Dorsey’s testimony, Gary Black of Future Fund said: “Both sides will depose him because while Jack is friends with Elon and presumably knows where the bodies are buried, it is highly unlikely that he will incriminate himself as ex-CEO of $TWTR.”
