Southfield, MI September 15, 2022 –(PR.com)– The Michigan Attorney General sued Dr. Namir Zukkoor on seven counts. They are:

– Running a criminal enterprise

– Two counts of supply or manufacture of a controlled substance

– Two counts of false allegations

– Running a pharmacy without a license

– Insurance fraud

All charges were dismissed by the 46th Circuit Court on August 1, 2022. So the good doctor was acquitted of all charges.
