NEW YORK, Sept. 06, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Bragar Eagel & Squire, PC, a nationally recognized shareholder rights law firm, is reminding investors that class action lawsuits may be filed on behalf of shareholders of Weber, Inc. (NYSE: WEBR ), Coinbase Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: COIN), Carvana Co. (NYSE: CVNA) and Kiromic BioPharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: KRBP). Shareholders have until the deadlines below to petition the court to appear as lead plaintiffs. For more information on each case, see the link provided.

Weber, Inc. (NYSE:WEBR)

Collection Period: As per the Company’s IPO on August 6, 2021

Lead Plaintiff Deadline: September 27, 2022

On or about August 6, 2021, Weber completed its initial public offering, selling approximately 17,857,143 Class A common shares at a price of $14.00 per share.

On July 25, 2022, prior to market open, Weber reported its preliminary financial results for the third quarter of 2022, including net sales of between $525 million and $530 million. As a result of this news, the company’s share price fell $1.21 per share, or 16%, due to unusually high trading volume, to close at $6.30 per share on July 25, 2022.

At the start of this move, the company’s stock was trading at $6.25 per share, down almost 55% from its IPO price of $14 per share.

The complaint filed in this class action alleges that the registration statement made materially false and/or misleading statements and failed to disclose material adverse facts about the company’s business, operations and prospects. In particular, the defendants failed to disclose to investors: (1) that Weber was reasonably likely to impose price increases; (2) that…
