when people talk about Changes in work and office culture Brought about by the pandemic — whether it’s returning to the office, working from home, or a combination of remote and in-person work — they’ve often overlooked a very important group: people who couldn’t work from home in the first place.
There are many reasons why some people have continued to work in-person throughout the pandemic, and we’re interested in talking to people — especially women — who have been unable to work from home during at least some or all of it. If you own or have a job that requires face-to-face interaction, such as food service, retail, or healthcare, or you have or may have a job, we want to talk to you remotely, but for whatever reason, you can’t .
We want to know how you dealt with it, how it affects your work and home life, why you can’t work from home, and how it has changed your relationship with your future work. We also want to know if not being able to work from home affects your decision to continue working, leave or look for a new job.
If you’d like to tell us your story, please fill out the form below. No personal details will be shared without your permission.
