The Maserati Ghibli was designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro and envisioned as a luxurious sporty GT. A mid-mounted 4,719 cc V-8 produces 330 hp and is mated to a 5-speed ZF manual. The influence of the E-Type Jaguar is palpable, long and skinny, the hood lasts forever, and the aircraft cockpit is the dashboard.

Only 125 Ghibli Spyders were produced. Originally, the Ghibli was a fastback coupe (1967), while the spyder came out in 1969 and ran until 1973. The large window hardtop hardtop makes this car an all-season drive, a rarity – only 20 to 25 Ghibli Spyders were sold with factory hardtops. The dark blue look on the white leather interior is quite striking.

A similar black and white Spyder was released in 2018 EUR 708,125 – That’s what the rest of the week is about.
