Montefiore Orthopedics (Bronx, NY), Montefiorignac Hospital (Nyack, NY) and aspect health a Westport, Connecticut-based real estate investment and development firm, has broken ground on a new Orthopedic Center of Excellence in Signac, New York

The Musculoskeletal Center of Excellence will include an outpatient surgery center, advanced imaging center, and physical and occupational therapy services.

The planning and design of the new center is based on Aspect Health and Gensler combine with this Northeast Orthopedics and Sports Medicine (Nanuet, NY) to understand local hospital performance and nursing service needs. These findings help guide the project, which will include concierge services, advanced air systems, digital integration of patient data, and on/off stage layouts.

KBE Building (Farmington, CT) will provide construction services for the project; the facility is scheduled to open in summer 2023.
