Henderson (Lenexa, Kan.) has named Kevin Lewis CEO and President of Henderson Engineers and President of Henderson Companies, the parent company of Henderson Engineers and Henderson Building Solutions.

Lewis brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, most recently as the company’s Chief Division Officer. He succeeds Rich Smith, who remains President Emeritus and a member of the Board of Directors.

As part of the leadership transition, the company has also introduced a new structure that integrates the company’s engineering and construction experience across building types into five areas: commercial, community, health, retail and site. Mark Chrisman was named director of the health department.
