Engineering firm Precis Engineering Inc. (Ambler, PA) merges with architecture, interior design and planning firm Arcus Design Group (Malvern, PA).

The company, which will operate under the Precis name, will provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services to the healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, higher education, industrial, commercial and residential markets.

Arcus partners Carl Holden, Jeffrey Balch, Paul Salvaggio and Kyle Litzke will head the combined company. They join Precis’s six principals, including founding principal Robert Dick, who remains president and CEO.
