These projects total $151 million and include:

• An 11-story, 240,000-square-foot day care facility is scheduled to open in Spring 2024 in Grand Rapids. It will include outpatient services such as primary care, cardiac, vascular and neuroscience, and simulation centers.
• The 15,800-square-foot Rural Health Clinic in Lakeview, Michigan, will combine home primary care, walk-in clinics and outpatient rehabilitation in one place. Opening is scheduled for spring 2023.
• The 33,000-square-foot primary care clinic in Grand Rapids, Michigan will include outpatient rehabilitation and occupational health as well as urgent care. It is expected to open in 2023.
