Trillium Health Partners (Mississauga, Ontario, Canada) A nine-story patient tower is being added to the Queensway Health Center in Toronto.

This 600,000 square foot project will accommodate 350 beds and will be connected to the existing hospital complex through a pedestrian corridor. Features of the tower will include patient rooms with private toilets, a therapeutic gym, two courtyards and an outdoor walking loop. It is also planned to provide a roof terrace for employees and patients.

Stanteck (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) has been selected to provide architectural, interior design, and architectural and civil engineering services for the expansion project.
