One of Drop’s products is a Progressive Web App or PWA, which feels like a native app but is actually a website.

Customers can save the PWA to their home screen for a native app experience or order in a web browser.

The pandemic has rattled gears in many industries. Vanessa said it was surprising to see pharmacies and couriers allowed to remain open as essential services over the past year.

“We’ve always known that delivery is the future of cannabis procurement,” she said. This has been validating her team, which she hopes marks a catalyst for broader legalization change.
