The number of job vacancies and labor mobility surveys hit a record high, and job vacancies and recruitment have hardly changed

In the leisure and hotel super industries, the high exit rate is still the most noticeable. In this industry, accommodation and catering services still have the highest exit rate (6.6%), but the arts, entertainment, and leisure industries experienced the largest increase in exit rates (3.2-5.7%) from August to September.
