Sunset Social, located in the Cira Green elevated park in the university town, will host BBQ-DELPHIA on Saturday, August 7th.

The event will be held from noon to 10 pm throughout the day and participation is free.

There will be grilled specials, ice cream and alcoholic lemonade, which you can sip while enjoying the view of the Philadelphia skyline.

For children, there will be face painting and plenty of green space for enjoyment. Dogs are also welcome to participate in activities.

If you can’t barbecue but still want to check the space, Sunset Social will also offer a free movie night on Wednesday. “The Lion King” was released on August 4, and “Jurassic Park” was released on August 18.Both movies start at 6 pm, and the game before the air at 5 pm

Happy hour with adoptable cubs from the Morris Animal Sanctuary is another activity you might want to participate in on Tuesday night.It runs 5-7pm
