Uptown Beer Garden moved to LOVE Park near the city center

The residential area is back, but in a new location in Central City.

The Craft Concepts Group beer garden has signed a long-term lease at 1500 JFK Blvd. in Central Pennsylvania, opposite LOVE Park and the nearby City Hall.

The new location can accommodate 350 guests and has room for expansion. There are two bars and a food truck serving sandwiches, salads and small plates.

The beer garden features flashing lights, shaded trees, colorful flowers, koi fish ponds, fountains made from recycled beer taps and graffiti street art by local artists.

Uptown is now open from Monday to Thursday from 4-10pm, Friday from 4pm to 2am, Saturday from 2pm to 2am, and Sunday from 2-10pm

The beer garden is for table use only. No reservation required. Below are some photos of the location of the new residential area.The previous position was 1735 Market St. is in Central City.

The main entrance of the residential area is next to the JFK International Airport, and there is a second main entrance in the inner courtyard behind the garden, which can be accessed from 16th Street.

The main bar can accommodate 25 people.

Uptown’s seating includes low and high tables, semi-private cabins, outdoor lounge chairs and wooden swings.

Sandwiches include grilled pork, cheese steak, chicken cheese steak, chicken or eggplant parm, and crab cake sandwiches.
