Kiki Aranita of Poi Dog, Ari Miller of Musi BYOB and local artist Caitlin McCormack joined forces in Garden of the Fitler Club.
The event named SNACKBAR will be held on Thursday, July 22. There will be three seats, and the family-style menu will cost $95 per person.

The menu combines the Hawaiian flavor of Poi Dog and the fine dining style of Musi.
Poi Dog is a restaurant and food truck in Philadelphia that was later closed due to the pandemic and transformed into Retail Sauce Company.
Dishes include Lavender salmon with salmon caviar, crunchy rice crisps, seaweed sauce pasta with yuzu butter, and roast pork with guava-katsu-BBQ glaze.

During the event, guests can view A series of crocheted artworks by Aranita and McCormack, they collaborated individually throughout the year last year to “build their dream summer food cart in art form”.
