If you want to start a fitness program this summer, or just looking for a free group workout, check out Yoga on the Pier.
Course will return Starting Monday, July 5th, Race Street Pier on the Delaware River Waterfront.

This year, the Three Queens Yoga Studio in Queens Village will provide yoga classes three days a week, led by their instructors.
The full schedule will be posted online soon. Courses will take place from July to September. Remember to bring water and mats to exercise.
Yoga on the pier is part of it Beach health, provided by the independent Blue Cross.
