The report points out possible national security issues

Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said: “We take all intrusions into our operating space seriously.”

“This may involve security and/or national security issues,” he added, referring to UAP reports recorded by the Department of Defense.

The report was ordered in 2020 and will be submitted to Congress by the Director of National Intelligence at the end of June.

The main report is non-confidential and public, but there is a confidential attachment that will be kept confidential.
