After the airstrike, Fazi Balhom, a spokesman for the Hamas organization operating the Gaza Strip, said in a statement that “the bombing of resistance sites by the occupation is a demonstration performance by the new Israeli government”, referring to the The Knesset held, and right-wing nationalist Naftali Bennett was sworn in as prime minister.
