Dozens of UFO sightings reported by the Canadian military can be traced back 70 years after officials discovered “bright” objects (Part 2)

In April 1952, Two officials from CFB North Bay found “apparently circular” Like “an amber traffic light”, it travels at “very fast speed-twice the speed of an F-86 fighter” and can reach 650 mph.

Officials claimed that it then “slipped to a halt, turned and disappeared.”

In another incident in November 1967, a sergeant from CFB Moose Jaw reported that there was a “very bright light” soaring upwards at an altitude of 3,000 to 4,000 feet.

In 1968, Canadian navy crews discovered other “bright objects” on two destroyers in the Pacific. In 1978, they discovered a “jagged white dot that turned blue and red” above the CFB Boden base in Ontario.

John Patrick McManus claimed that he had found a UFO in CFB Shilo, Manitoba. He told VICE: “In a minute or two, it shot directly from us, and as it traveled extremely fast. The speed disappears, and the brightness gradually weakens.”

At the same time, John “Joker” Williams described a similar sighting at CFB Winnipeg, calling it “the brightest object I have ever seen in the sky next to the sun.”
