The James Beard Foundation’s Taste America is described as A national initiative to bring together chefs and diners to support local restaurants in rebuilding a more sustainable and fair industry.
The series will stop in Philadelphiat Talula’s garden Tickets for the gala dinner are now on sale on Wednesday, June 23rd.

There will be two seats that night. One from 5:30-7:30 pm and the other from 8-10 pm
Restaurant owner Aimee Olexy and chefs Charles Parker and Jacquelyn Palillero will prepare a three-course menu.
The main course will be beef ribs and Green Meadow Farm tomatoes with Lancaster candy onions, sweet corn fried and pickled beans. A vegetarian option with zucchini will be offered as an alternative.
Meals also include fresh biscuits, Kennett Square exotic mushroom risotto and chocolate pudding cake with peanut butter ice cream, and The drink pairing for each dish and the swag bag to take home.
Dinner tickets A two-person table is $300, a four-person table is $600, and a six-person table is $900.All diners will sit outside Tallulah’s garden.
James Beard Foundation stated that 65% of each ticket will be directly used by restaurants to support their business, and 35% will be used to support James Beard Foundation Always open activity, Committed to helping independent restaurants survive the COVID-19 crisis.
