Dogecoin founder named ELON MUSK “Chief Memetic Overlord”

Billy Markus, who co-founded Dogecoin with Jackson Palmer in 2013, announced his “resignation as a fake CEO.”

After Elon Musk published an article that incorrectly referred to him as the CEO, he also gave Elon Musk the role of “chief meme overlord.”
