Palestinian witnesses said that Ahmed Fahd from the Amari refugee camp was shot and bleed to death by Israeli forces.

A few hours before U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Brinken arrived in the country for talks, a Palestinian man was shot and killed by secret Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah early on Tuesday morning.

Palestinian witnesses said that Ahmad Jamil Fahd from al-Amari refugee camp was shot and killed by Musta’ribeen unit in Umm al-Sharayit area and was bleeding to death before the ambulance arrived.
