TORONTO-Major CTV News has learned that Dany Fortin, a public figure who has introduced a vaccine for the first time in Canada since November, is facing allegations of sexual misconduct against him, which can be traced back more than 30 years.

The source told CTV News that the military and police received a formal complaint against Fortin in March, the allegation was a “historical violation.” According to sources, the incident can be traced back to 32 years in early 1989, when Fortin was a student at the Royal Military Academy in Saint-Jean, Quebec.
