Austin, TX – A truck transporting liquid asphalt rolled over in the Northwestern area of Austin. KEYE TV reported that the accident occurred when the truck rolled over on a MoPac service road in the south bound lanes of the road at the intersection of the Capital of Texas Hwy.
According to the Austin Fire Department a leak from the truck was plugged and crews were working to clear the remaining spillage at the time of the report.
The driver of the truck was stated to have sustained non-life threatening injuries and transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Additional details about the accident were not reportedly available at the time of the news report.
