Dayton, Ohio – An Ohio woman died after collapsing while she was running from a Walmart store. As reported by the Dayton Daily News, the Greene County Coroner’s office confirmed in a release that Angela Williams, 37, had died while running from a shooting inside of the store.
The release is quoted as stating of Williams’ death, “She was apparently running from a dangerous situation inside the Walmart store when she collapsed. She was taken to Soin Medical Center where she died at 9:14 p.m.”
Co-workers of Williams stated to a WHIO-TV news reporter that she had just gone into the store shortly after leaving her job at Villa Springfield nursing home. She was also reportedly set to be married soon.
Bill Robinson, Administrator of Villa Springfield, is quoted as stating of Williams, “Angie was a free-spirited person, she was a very compassionate person. As far as her abilities here, she was a nurse who went above and beyond. A huge part of our team.”
