Florida personal injury attorney alerts- vehicle careened into motorcycle crash scene, leaving six injured in Orange County, FL.

Orange County, FL (News)—A vehicle careened through an accident scene in which paramedics were preparing to transport a motorcycle crash victim to an area hospital for treatment on Sunday, February 14, 2010. A firefighter as well as four others suffered serious injury in the second crash, which took place in Orange County, Florida, according to information provided by the Orlando Sentinel.

Firefighters from Orange County Fire Rescue initially responded to the scene of a motor vehicle collision (MVC) involving a motorcycle and a vehicle in which one person was injured around 8 a.m. on State Road 50 near Deer Island Road. Although the fire truck was reported in the “fend-off position” as emergency personnel were getting ready to take the injured victim to a medical center for treatment, that did not seem to stop a car from swerving through the accident scene and consequently hitting an engineer paramedic and five others.

It is reported that a total of six people injured in the second traffic accident were transported to area hospitals to be treated by doctors and nurses. The engineer paramedic, identified as Chad Lowrey, and one other person were flown to Orlando Regional Medical Center via medical helicopter to be treated for their serious injuries. Investigations into the incident are expected to be underway.
