Logan, UT—A violent and fatal head-on crash left one person dead, and four others fighting for their lives. The fatal two-vehicle crash occurred on Monday, February 1, 2010, around 6:00 p.m. along Highway 89 and 91 in the Sardine Canyon between Brigham City and Logan, as reported by the Salt Lake Tribune.

The Utah Highway Patrol (UHP) reported that a Ryder box moving truck and an airport shuttle were traveling southbound on Highway 89, when the truck suddenly crossed over into the northbound lanes and slammed head-on with an Audi.
