San Francisco, CA (JusticeNewsFlash.com)–CNNMoney reported on Friday, a lawsuit was filed, in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, by two Glasgow, Scottland based software technology companies, against Apple Inc., headquartered in Cupertino, California. Lawyers, for the two Scottish companies, Picsel Ltd. and Picsel Technologies Ltd. allege, in court documents, Apple’s iPhone and iPod touch devices use an integral part of Picsel’s patented technology. Picsel’s legal team says their software technology allows users to zoom content rapidly across the one touch screens one of Apple’s top consumer product features.

Apple, the California based computer hardware, software and consumer electronics company, led by Steve Jobs, is known for some of its top selling products nationally and internationally like the iPhone and iPods named in the suit. Apple Inc. is also famous for their Mac computer and laptop products along with a long list of products for consumers across America and throughout the world. The business litigators for the international software technology companies suing Apple did not file for a specific damages amount in their legal claim.
