Non judge court panel rules against MMR vaccine causes autism claims.
West Palm Beach, FL (JusticeNewsFlash.com)–The Vaccine Court Omnibus Autism Proceeding, paneled by three “special masters” who are not judges, ruled against the parents of three severely damaged children reported Reuters on Wednesday. The parents of three children who seemed to have developed autism after receiving the vaccine for measles, mumps, rubella commonly known as an MMR shot, lost their claim for damages.
The families filed a claim for their kids’ injuries to a no-fault government system called the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Most United States consumers are unaware of a quiet secret regarding pediatric vaccinations. Parents, who have children injured by tainted vaccines or a drug company’s negligent in making the vaccine, cannot sue the vaccine manufacturer in a United States civil court. Large drug manufacturers, who make vaccines, are immune from civil prosecution in the American court system.
The only recourse parents, children and adult vaccine consumers in America have available to them is to submit a claim to a panel with the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Apparently judges do not sit on this panel but a team of three “special masters” hear claims and determine outcomes. One of the “special masters” who denied the most recent autism case was a former tax claims expert at the Department of Justice (DOJ).
The parents’ lawsuit claims the vaccine, their children received, was dangerous because it was a combination shot of three inoculations plus contained thimerosal, a toxic mercury containing substance used as a preservative. Over 5,300 cases have been filed by parents claiming their children developed autism after receiving vaccinations. Mercury is a known neurotoxin and has been linked to brain disorders including autism according to the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) http://www.nvic.org/, an American consumer vaccine watchdog organization. Children today still receive vaccines with mercury preservatives, specifically Influenza vaccination.
